The Space

The main open plan living space contains the kitchen, living room and dining area designed so that each area can maximise the stunning sea views.

Off the open plan space is a hallway leading to a downstairs toilet, a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. There is also a ground floor bedroom with bespoke, full size single bunk beds and a desk area which looks onto the woodland and glade beyond.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Within the living area the modern feature staircase leads to a stunning and spacious master bedroom with incredible sea views. There is a separate dressing area, with double wardrobes and vanity console, a raised seated area with picture postcard cove views and a luxurious free standing bath which looks over the private balcony and the ocean beyond.

Off the bedroom there is a large luxurious bathroom with large twin walk in showers.

All ground floor spaces have underfloor heating. The first floor has radiators.

Outside

Large bi-fold doors open up the whole of the open plan living space to the stunning, wraparound sun deck, bringing the outside inside, with magnificent views over Start Bay and out to sea. On the deck, you will find dining furniture, a large Kamado bbq and a wood fired hot tub. The deck wraps around the property and leads to a heated outdoor shower and sauna.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with built in oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, induction hob and a boiling water tap. There is also a Vertuo coffee machine. The lounge has a 65-inch smart tv, Bose sound bar and a log burner. There is also an open plan dining space with seating for 4 and a separate breakfast bar area with stools.

Sorry, no small children or toddlers but babes in arms welcome with provision of own travel cot.

Over 5’s welcome – two single bunks beds in bedroom 2.

Practicalities

The entire space is available to guests with dedicated car parking with electric car charging point. Once parked there is a gate to the right of the parking area marked 'The Cove' which is the access to the this property where you come down to the property via approx 50 steps which are landscaped but not really suitable for wheeled luggage. Please pack with this in mind as any luggage will need to be carried up and down.
