The Space

The main open plan living area contains the kitchen, living room and bedroom all blending into a light and seamless space. The bedroom can be separated from the living space by a large sliding wall or left open for relaxing and watching tv in bed. There is a super-king bed and large built in wardrobes.

The lounge area has a 65-inch smart TV,Bose sound bar and a log burner. There is also an open plan dining area where you can gaze out to sea.

There is a luxury bathroom off the bedroom with a walk-in shower and freestanding stone bath which has views over its own private deck and the ocean beyond.

There is a separate entrance hallway with plenty of room for coats, bags and shoes. Here you will find a small utility room with washer/dryer. There is also a sauna and access to the deck.

All internal spaces have underfloor heating.

Bedroom & Bathrooms

RooksNest has one super-king bedroom with a hand made bed, mirrored storage and panoramic sea views via floor to ceiling glass equipped with blackout blinds. There is a luxury bathroom off the bedroom with a walk in shower and freestanding stone bath which has views over its own private deck and the ocean beyond.

The Kitchen

Fully equipped with built in oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, induction hob and a boiling water tap.There is also a Vertuo coffee machine.

Outside

Large sliding doors open up the whole of the property to the stunning, private sun deck, bringing the outside inside, with magnificent views over Start Bay and out to sea. The deck has been designed on stilts to give the feeling of being high up in the canopy overlooking the dramatic coastline below. On the deck, there are sun beds, dining furniture, kamado bbq, outdoor heated shower and a wood fired hot tub.

Practicalities

The entire space is available to guests with dedicated car parking with electric car charging point. Once parked there is a gate to the left of the parking area marked 'RooksNest' which is the access to the this property where you come down behind the property via approx 20 steps which are landscaped but not really suitable for wheeled luggage. Please pack with this in mind as any luggage will need to be carried up and down.
